When will the “Wedge” stables land next to the Dog Park be opened up to the public (This was part of a land swap years ago.)

The “Wedge” stables were part of the previous MRC lease area but returned to the Trust once training ceased in the Reserve in late 2021. The site has a range dilapidated and dangerous training infrastructure that is not safe for public access. This includes an in-ground horse pool, stables, residence and horse walker. Significant funding is required to remove this infrastructure and remediate the area before it could be opened to the public.
