Why are dogs off leash and swimming in the lake?

As most users of the Reserve would be aware, there is a designated off leash area within the Reserve and nearby Pawfield Park. Outside these areas dogs should be on leash and are not allowed in the lakes. We will be improving signage in the coming months to make this clearer.

It is also important to note that even within the off-leash areas, owners must maintain active control of their dogs.
