City of Stonnington

The City of Stonnington is located in Melbourne’s inner south-east, alongside the Yarra River and has the second lowest amount of public open space per capita of all Victorian councils. Stonnington is primarily a residential area, with some commercial, industrial, office and institutional land uses. They are currently working with the Victorian Planning Authority and other key stakeholders to inform the preparation of the Caulfield Station Precinct Structure Plan.
