Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning

The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning has overarching management responsibility for Victoria’s Crown land, and on behalf of the minister, they provide support and oversee the Caulfield Racecourse Reserve Trust, including guidance about our roles and responsibilities and any applicable government policies and legislation. They also monitor conformity with relevant legal requirements and policies and facilitate reporting of the Trust’s performance to the minister.
