Annual Public Meeting

We were joined by the Hon Lily D‘Ambrosio MP, Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change, as well as valued community members and stakeholders at our inaugural Annual Public Meeting.

The event provided an opportunity to share the progress of the Trust over the last twelve months, as well as provide an update on what 2020 will bring, including the delivery of the Land Management Plan. We also released our draft Issues and Opportunities Paper for public consultation. The paper outlines the emerging ideas, issues and opportunities for the future direction and development of the reserve and will inform the development of the Land Management Plan.

We have an exciting program of works to carry out, which includes the following key dates and milestones:

• November 2019: Draft Issues and Opportunities Paper on public exhibition
• February 2020: Final Issues and Opportunities Paper
• April 2020: Draft Land Management Plan
• April-May 2020: Draft Land Management Plan on public exhibition
• Mid 2020: Final Land Management Plan

The Trust’s first Annual Report was also formally released to the community and outlines our performance in the 2018-19 financial year, as well as much more that is in development
